5.Loyalty cards cannot sell or transfer to anyone else.

6.We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Loyalty Card.

7.Programmed partners will change from time to time. The valid list of our programmer partners is communicated through Social Media & E-Mail

8.The privacy of each member is protected and personal information will not be disclosed.

9.Brand (Airlink) is not a part of Loyalty card program/ Not included in this campaign.

10.Xinhua Mall has reserved the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program If we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions

11.We may discontinue our loyalty card program at any time it is at our sole discretion with no liability on you. If we do so, we will publish a notice on our website and social media pages.
